Q I haven’t received my confirmation email?
A Please check your spam or junk mail folder. Some emails may be blocked by your internet service provider. If you are still having trouble, please send us an email and contact us.

Q It says there is an existing account associated with my e-mail address?
A Please make sure there is no typo associated with your email. If error persists there is a chance you have an account with us. Please contact us to reset your password.

Q Can multiple e-mail addresses be associated to the same account?
A Each account is associated only to one email address.

Q Can I have multiple pet friends associated to the same account?
A Yes you can! You can register up to 10 pet friends in the same account.

Q Forgot your password or user id?
A It is easy to get back In-Touch! On the signing page, select Lost Information. Once you complete the simple requested information, your password and/or user id will be sent to your email address.

Q Did not receive the e-mail with your password or user id?
A Please check your spam or junk mail folder. Some emails may be blocked by your internet service provider. If you are still having trouble, please send us an email and contact us.

Q How can pet friends be added or deleted from my account?
A Up to 10 pet friends can be added either at your time of registration or from your profile’s page by selecting the add a pet option. To delete a pet friend from your account, please go to your profile page and select the remove a pet option.

Q If I have more than one account, can I merge them?
A Unfortunately accounts can’t be merged since each account is related to a unique email address.

Q Can you know who sees your profile?
A You will be able to see how many people saw your profile but, for privacy, not the actual names.

Q Having difficulty downloading a wallpaper?
A Wallpapers are created in two sizes; therefore, check your screen size image.

Q Can e-cards be sent to all of my friends at once?
A You can send e-cards up to four friends at a time! Your friends only need to have a valid e-mail address.

Q Can e-gifts be sent to all of my friends or pet friends at once?
A You can send an e-gift to as many friends or pet friends at once. Simple select names from the list of friends or pet friends, and send!
